One more new year and one more time for the new year resolutions.  In reality, you don’t need more resolutions, what you need is a new way to live.

Here I present 18 easy ways to amend your life and rejuvenate yourself.

  • Sleep Early.

Here is a book by Robin Sharma titled The 5 AM Club, Own Your Morning, Elevate Your Life. 

Walking/Jogging, Asana, Pranayama, and Gym. Incorporate every activity at least twice a week.

  • Reduce the Quantity of Food you eat at a Time, eat smaller meals.

  • Eat less after sunset, better practice Chauvihar

  • Stop Junk Food, limit outside food.

  • Say no to Fizzy Cold Drinks, Ice Creams, and Cakes.

These are high-calorie, low nutrition food.

  • Have lunch and dinner at a regular time

Irrespective of your busy schedule have meals at the fixed time. (nothing is important than your health, neither money nor clients).

  • Drink More Water.

  • Reduce Screen Time

TV, Mobile, Laptop.

  • Increase Reading Time, Read Good Books.

  • Learn Something New.

  • Pursue a hobby,

Devote time to your hobby, daily.

  • Think about your Childhood Dream.

You can still fulfill it. Make an attempt. Say NO to a monotonous life.

  • Shed grudges, express gratitude.

  • Argue less, ignore more.

  • Help others often, donate generously.

  • Think beyond ‘life is about just earning money’. Focus on your spiritual growth.
