The above quote from Charak Samhita, (one of the most authentic ancient Indian treatises on Ayurveda ) says; for all the purusarthas (literally means an “object of human pursuit” ) of human being i.e. dharma (duty, ethics), artha (prosperity, wealth), kama (pleasure, sensual gratification), and moksha (the pursuit of liberation), good health is a prerequisite.
This blog propagates higher pursuit of Dharma and Mokaha and in order to better execute duties under these two, we will cover three aspects of good health by writing on the subjects of Fitness, Wellness, and Happiness. We believe the right food, regular fitness regime which includes Yoga, exercise, and well-being and happiness are the prerequisites for a healthy person.
