Yes, at the end of the day, the bottom line is, the crux of the matter is, in conclusion, these are very important phrases. These signify what the objective was of any action or what the action is expected to achieve or will achieve.
All of us are working day and night in pursuit of something. It is a different matter that most of us do not know this pursuit, but for those who know they say they are doing it for success – monetary, social or personal. To become rich or socially prominent or having a sense of achievement. We all know Maslow’s hierarchy of needs.

But how are we measuring the results of all our action?
- Business Enterprise, measures profit and net worth
- Individual, measures, annual income, and net worth
- NGOs/ Social Enterprise measures life impacted or reach out or impact achieved
- Country measures, GDP
But, at the end of the day, what are we out to achieve for the self i.e. human being? We all living beings are longing for HAPPINESS. We all are in pursuit of happiness, whether we know it or no if a different matter.
We, human beings are pursuing happiness and we believe that money will bring happiness. Therefore, we send our life (Mostly the whole life) in earning money.

But we all know most rich people are not happy. If we look into the list of top 10 richest countries and top 10 happiest countries of the world, there are only three countries which are common.
These are Norway, Switzerland, and Australia.
Therefore seven out of the ten richest countries are not a part of the top ten happiest countries. I think the same ratio applies to us at an individual level. This proves MONEY is not the means to Happiness or rather NOT the only means to happiness.
But we measure the results of all our actions in terms of money?
This proves that what we measure as an outcome of our action and efforts is flawed. Whether at country or enterprise and individual level measuring the only monetary impact of all our actions is completely flawed. We all are running for the wrong reasons.
PAUSE. THINK. REVISIT. ACT.
