Cooking Time: 20 minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 5 Bread Slices
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Diced Capsicum
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- ½ teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
- ½ cup chopped Coriander Leaves
- 4 Slice of Cheese
- ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 2 teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
- ½ tablespoon Garam Masala (Hot spices)
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- ½ Ginger Chilli Paste
- 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- Sugar to balance
- Salt to taste
Process:
- Heat oil in a Pan
- Add cumin seeds and let them spatter
- Add diced capsicum, chili paste and sauté
- Once the capsicum becomes soft, add diced tomatoes, salt and saute
- After capsicum and tomatoes are almost cooked, add coriander-cumin powder, turmeric powder, pav bhaji and garam masala powder, sugar and tomato sauce, add chopped coriander and then mix well. The dressing is ready.
- Take a slice of bread, apply ghee, layer it with tomato ketchup
- Spread a spoon full of dressing on the bread evenly
- Garnish it with stripes of slice cheese
- Bake it on 250* C for 5 to 7 minutes, till the cheese melts
- Alternatively, you can bake it on no stick pan till the crust becomes crispy.
- Now Pizza Twist is ready to serve with Tomato Ketchup or Mayonnaise.
