After water the first thing to be consumed daily is fruit. Yes, don’t be surprised. We have a habit of having our fruit after dinner. We believe this is a sign of our rich lifestyle.
The science says; dinner fills up glycogen storage of the body, therefore anything with sugar eaten after the dinner converts sugar into fat. Remember fruits contain a good amount of sugar.
Fruits also delay the time food takes to reach your intestines.
Eating fruit after dinner is fine if you are okay with adding fat to your body.
Fruit in the morning is beneficial as the body after the fasting for the whole night needs glucose to boost our energy level. Sugar in the fruit can be used as immediate energy and won’t be deposited as fat. The fruit in the morning is a healthy option.

3) Don’t skip breakfast:
All of us are in a great hurry. Yet do not skip your breakfast. This is the most important meal of the day. The breakfast should have all the three components like carbs, fat, and protein.

4) Smaller Meals:
Smaller meals frequently are better than heavy meals once or twice a day. Many people skip dinner and eat a heavy lunch or vice a versa skip lunch and eat heavy dinner. These are faulty eating habits. These kind of irregular habits are not healthy, but anti-healthier.
Skipping a meal has shown to make you feel hungrier when the next meal time comes. This could cause you to eat more calories than you would have otherwise.
Skipping meals lowers sugar level and chance to have nutrients is missed. Going extended periods of time without replenishing your body’s fuel supply will force it to shift to breaking down energy stores within the muscle, further lowers your strength.

5) Stay Active:
Use staircase, take your own water and tea from the pantry/kitchen, go for a healthy break and stretch yourself, walk to switch off unwanted fans and lights at homes, arrange your clothes in wardrobes.
In short, do your own work that will not only keep you active and healthy but also will bring peace in your marriage life (bonus benefit).
