Healthy Dinner – Bottle Gourd Dumpling (Dudhi/Lauki – Muthia)

Here is a healthy and tasty dinner dish for you.

Cooking Time: 25 Minutes,  Serves: 2



  • Shred the Dudhi

Bottle Gourd

  • Mix the shredded Dudhi with all the ingredients above in one vessel and make a dough

  • Make a loaf of the dough and take a handful of lemon size dumplings
  • Take one Pan and add 3 to 4 teaspoon of Oil, heat for a while
  • Put all the dumplings made from the loaf in the Pan

  • Keep the stove fame slow
  • Wait for 5 – 7 minutes till dumplings become red/Dark Brown
  • Flip the side, wait for 5-7 minutes till it becomes red/Dark Brown
  • Close the gas stove and Dumplings are ready to serve
  • Serve with Tomato Sauce and Coriander Chatani (Dip)
