Here is a healthy and tasty dinner dish for you.
Cooking Time: 25 Minutes, Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- ½ Kg Dudhi (Bottle Gourd/Lauki)
- 1 cup Majestic Multigrain Flour
- 2 teaspoon Curd (Sour)
- 1 ½ teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 3 – teaspoon Oil
- Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- Salt to taste
Process:
- Shred the Dudhi
- Mix the shredded Dudhi with all the ingredients above in one vessel and make a dough
- Make a loaf of the dough and take a handful of lemon size dumplings
- Take one Pan and add 3 to 4 teaspoon of Oil, heat for a while
- Put all the dumplings made from the loaf in the Pan
- Keep the stove fame slow
- Wait for 5 – 7 minutes till dumplings become red/Dark Brown
- Flip the side, wait for 5-7 minutes till it becomes red/Dark Brown
- Close the gas stove and Dumplings are ready to serve
- Serve with Tomato Sauce and Coriander Chatani (Dip)
